Booking in four steps
- Enquiry. Form, 020 261 8473 or [email protected]: project, duration and possible dates.
- Proposal. Within 2 working days: slot, VAT-inclusive price, scope and engineer.
- Confirmation. After acceptance and a 30% deposit the time slot is reserved.
- Session or delivery. Balance on session day (consumers) or within 14 days (business), unless the proposal says otherwise.

Reschedule and cancellation
More than 4 days before the session: free reschedule or cancellation with deposit refunded within 14 days. Between 4 days and 48 hours: deposit moved once within three months. Within 48 hours or no-show: deposit kept except force majeure. See article 7.
Revisions and offline work
Offline mixing includes 2 revision rounds (one bundled feedback list per round). Mastering includes one revision round as on the service page. Extra rounds are quoted separately. Send stems with enough headroom; tips in headroom on stems.
