This disclaimer applies to use of misfiredexa.click, operated by Misfiredexa B.V. in Amsterdam. It supplements the legal notice and terms and conditions for matters concerning the website itself, not studio sessions already covered by a separate proposal.
2. Not professional advice
Articles in Guides, answers on FAQ and pages such as Vocal recording or Live band recording help you prepare. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. If you are unsure about rights, health or budget, consult a specialist before booking.
3. Accuracy of information
We update rates, opening hours (Mon–Fri 11–20, Sat 10–16) and studio facts (3 rooms, founded 2021) when something changes. The site may briefly lag behind a new proposal or gear change. Only the proposal you accept governs price and scope.
Indicative amounts on Services include 21% VAT; net figures for business clients appear on your quote.
4. No guarantee of artistic or commercial outcome
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative and technical services. We deliver files as agreed and to professional standards, but cannot guarantee chart success, stream counts or subjective taste. What you hear also depends on performance, arrangement, source quality and revision feedback. See article 13 of the terms and conditions.
5. Site availability
We aim for a stable site, but maintenance at Hostnet B.V. or outages may cause short downtime. We are not liable for damage from unavailability except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to external services, for example OpenStreetMap for maps or the ODR platform for consumer disputes. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their terms before sharing data.
7. Liability for site content
Where permitted by law, Misfiredexa B.V. is not liable for direct or indirect damage from relying on website information alone without a confirmed proposal. This limit does not apply to intent or wilful recklessness, nor where consumer law gives mandatory protection.
